Capella Porter is named after a bright star in the constellation Auriga. Sweet dark malt aromas are followed by a nice medium body. Flavors of chocolate and caramel meld with just a touch of roast. A collection of American hops (Nugget, Chinook, Centennial and Cascade) brighten this lively porter.
Zesty citrus combines with the sweetness of honey to make one of the most refreshing drinks around.
Light and approachable, Baby Doll starts with a simple malt backbone. The journey is smooth, crisp, and very clean. Don’t be fooled, the small hop additions impart a subtle complexity that keeps you captivated. The result is a refreshingly crushable blonde for everyone to enjoy. Easy, Clean, Light.
Cherrry blossom season, known as Sakura in Japan, marks the beginning of spring. This rebirth the only lasts a few for weeks with the small delicate flowers that are produced are beautiful and fragrant. We captured the essence of the cherry blossom tree by adding real Japanese flowers to our cider and combined it with fresh Northwest cherry juice.
Brewed for SheBrew 2023 by our assistant brewer Jess Hardie and taproom manager Rachael Andrus, More than a Badass IPA is exactly that. Using the unique Pink Boots blend of hops, they took a light malt bill and then fermented it with Kolsch yeast, resulting in this light, crisp, fruity IPA.
Aged in red wine barrels and made with organic molasses, this smooth and silky stout is deceptively drinkable. Perfect for the winter season.
